Translation

Sawan beeto jaye piharwa
Sawan(rainy season) beeto(passing) jaye piharwa(beloved)
The (beuatiful, romantic) rainy season is passing us by, beloved
[The word "pihar" or "piharwa" could also mean her father's house.
And, "rainy season" in the context of the video could also mean the
right season to love, opportunity -- that went by]

Man mera ghabray
Man(heart) mera(mine) ghabrai(anxious, restless, afraid)

  4. Pihar is a colloquial short for 'piya ka ghar'or the house where her beloved lives. Also means the house of in-laws where the girl goes to live after marriage. The ending "wa" is a common way of speech in Bhojpuri.The parental home for girls is referred as "maihar" and the ancestral home for men or women as "naihar".
